Re: IOTV and Shell outdoor EMV

Went way easier than expected...didn't have to re-image wincor or even call them. Took about two hours. I didn't have to pull any cables though. Haven't messed with the media yet...left a callback on the noc line.

Re: IOTV and Shell outdoor EMV

I see the image files on the portal, so I'm assuming we re-image the Wincor, upgrade software on the POS, call cybera for the correct IP scheme for the pumps, upgrade software on the pumps, call NOC, have them make any change...

Re: Commander 16 for Ruby CI

If he's only running one brand of pump, he should be fine. How cheap is cheap? We've got a grocery store with a similar setup, only using RubyCI for fuel and Marathon gift cards. They haven't had any complaints, been in for a few years now.

IOTV Startup

Just a heads up...if you're doing an IOTV startup and your gateway ends in a -0001 for the part number, you have to re-image it or they won't start it up. The image is a 6 gig download, so it's better to do it not onsite. Why they didn't push a service memo to let us know...who knows? Hopefully this...

Re: Ruby 2 Scanner issues

sounds like it’s a bad comm port, or the Ruby2 isn’t setup correctly. a call or chat to Verifone should fix the issue

Verifone has a website that has all the updated releases. So far Buypass, XOM, Shell and Valero are in production. More are coming online very shortly.
