How about a site where all the dispenser breakaways are u-bolted to the dispenser electrical conduits because dispenser breakaway supports were removed during installation.

Ever had anyone pull up to a dispenser waiting to be unloaded from the flatbed? Or go around the barriers to get to the units that are on the island but haven't had hoses or breakaways installed?
