Petroleum Equipment Parts Manager

Coeur d' Alene Service Station Equipment, Inc. has been in business since the late 1950s. We provide petroleum equipment sales, installation, and service in addition to lift and lube services and environmental services for customers in Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon. Petroleum Equipment Parts Manager Requirements
* Excellent attendance
* Oversee shipping and receiving
* Manage POs and core returns - create POs as needed for internal and external customers
* Manage pricing updates
* Oversee warehouse min/max and make adjustments as needed
* Supervising inventory counts
* Clear understanding of inventory needs, values, and make decisions with management input on ordering appropriately
* Oversee distribution of inventory to mobile warehouses or perform work yourself as needed
* Coordination and delivery of inventory to job sites
* Ensure as little loss as possible
* Manage inventory control with processes
* Ability to learn relational database software system quickly

Petroleum Equipment Parts Manager Qualifications
* Proven track record (7 - 10 years) of being a successful parts person/manager for preferably a petroleum equipment distributor (Wayne)
* Ability to retain knowledge, think critically, and apply logical deductive reasoning
* Ability to learn quickly and retain information for use
* Ability to self-manage and direct others successfully
* Ability to see the big picture but take care of the details as needed
* High emotional maturity
* Be accountable for duties and behavior

Petroleum Equipment Parts Manager Required Skills and Abilities
* Demonstrates proficiency in the use of inventory software
* Exhibits ability to interpret and explain inventory and sales report.
* Proficiency in software programs and ability to learn quickly and retain information for use
* Physical strength needed to unload and restock supplies
* Pays close attention to detail
* Demonstrates strong organizational skills
* Demonstrates ability to think creatively in order to devise best inventory control practices
* Organized and neat
* Excellent customer service skills
* Clean and valid driver’s license
* Reliable transportation
* Forklift certified

Petroleum Equipment Parts Manager Education
* High school diploma or GED
* Petroleum Equipment parts knowledge (extensive)
