DW12 Printers with Commander

Post by TNE » Mon Feb 11, 2019 7:36 am

We've been dealing with printer issues at multiple sites, all with DW12 printers, some Red boards, some Jade boards. Seeing the post below and thought we should look at the basics again. Does anyone have the DW12s working without issues(outside of normal) with Commander? If so, what settings? From the post below I see NO to Zebra printer, NO to Tearbar printer, baud rate 115K. Anything else? The only option we've been given up to now is upgrade all printers.

Had a site where they set the printers as tear bar and changed the printer baud rate. They did not consistently print.

Other than that have good luck with the settings mentioned below.

don't have too many issues with the DW12, the other setting is delayed printing that should be a no.

Delayed printer is only for ARCOs with Retalixs
