NBSPAK Ruby only losing time

NBSPAK 3.00.13 was recently loaded at 4 sites. 2 Ruby only and 2 Sapphire sites. The Ruby only sites can't tell time and have to be adjusted daily. Anyone else seeing this?

Maybe it is set wrong on the network end. Change it to the correct time and pull a pdl.

Shotgun Troubleshooting, no kidding. Could you see the customers face two hours down the road after replacing the motherboard and saying well that didn't do it.
