SAM cold start

Good lord I thought we were done with these....
I know it is switch 5 & 6 on switch bank 1 but which position is normal operation and which is cold start?

dipswitch 3 pos 8 must be off software download
Dipswitch 1 pos 6 on coldstart
dipswitch 1 pos 8 off battery

cycle power or press buttom
