Encore 500S card reader screen issue

Hello gents,

Having a weird issue with 1 pump at one of my locations (Encore 500S NL1).

When I try to pay with a credit card at the pump, it doesn't show the final screen of the transaction for some reason. It goes through the zip code verification process, but then screen goes blank.

It should say "Remove Nozzle and Push Button Below to Select Fuel Grade", but screen is just blank. Pump still works fine and dispenses fuel by taking the nozzle out and selecting a grade.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

depending on your POS, it could be just a download issue, or a programming issue. not a lot of info to work with. what have you tried? is it all the time, etc. etc.

If it is a commander then reboot the commander only. The prompting you are missing is a straight response from the POS.
