Citgo Mx915 Wont Connect To VHQ

Hello,
We are a Citgo site running 2 TopazXl's with 2 mx915. We have had 3 techs out there numerous times to try and connect our pinpads to the Petrohome VHQ server to no avail. We have checked the ip's on the pinpad and also made sure that everything was configured in the LAN Page on the commander. We have a Paysafe firewall and an offline Zone router. The Paysafe goes to the N Port on the commander and WAN1 on the Zone Router. When we enable Heartbeat on the pinpads it returns the error " Unable To Contact Server(1000). PostPayload Failure.



Any help would be appreciated.

get rid of the zone router and just use an unmanaged switch, upgrade software on pin pads to latest for your commander software version, make sure VHQ is configured correctly on the pin pad itself (lane IDs and and service ID entered correctly), then get paysafe on the phone and see why it’s not coming back successful.

where are you located? i’m in the midwest and have never needed pin pads to call into VHQ, except for shell and BP.
