Radiant POS & Gilbarco Dispensers - Decimal Issue

We recently got new Gilbarco pumps and an upgrade to our Radiant software (2021.13), and we are now seeing an issue where the decimal of the fuel sale reported to the Radiant is moved one spot to the left - for instance, a fuel sale of $123.45 results in $12.35 being reported to the POS and a fuel sale of $400.00 results in $40.00 being reported to the POS. The pump shows the correct amount but the POS amount is what is charged to the customer (whether the card is run at the pump or inside). This is only occurring on the diesel pumps, all of which are hi-flow. Our normal gas pumps are fine (some of the gas pumps have lo-flow diesel that reports correctly, so seems to be isolated to just the hi-flow diesel pumps).

We do not have direct access to the Radiant system but our Radiant service provider is saying this is a pump configuration issue, and our local pump tech company that installed is saying it is a Radiant issue. They both seem to be stumped. Our in-house pump tech has verified that pump configuration is the same as our one other site that has hi-flow diesel but they are on an older version of Radiant (2019).

We did have older Wayne pumps at this site before we got the new ones - the diesel pumps were pretty old with no card readers in the pumps but not sure on the exact model. Not sure if there may be a setting that was needed for the old Wayne diesel pumps may have carried over and is now causing this.

Has anyone experienced something like this with a Radiant site? Is there a setting in the RPOS pump configuration that would cause the decimal to move that we can point our Radiant provider to check?

What does the Fuel price on the PPU board show? If you have the customer run a report in Radiant for a fuel sale, what does the fuel price show?

Just wanted to give an update on this for anyone looking in the future - we were finally able to figure it out.

Both pumps were already setup in 5-digit money mode, but our in-house tech on a whim changed the dispensers to 6-digit money mode, saved and rebooted, and then changed back to 5-digit money mode, saved and rebooted, and the issue was fixed. Looks like even though the pumps showed that 5-digit money mode was enabled, it was actually not until we changed it to something else and then changed back.

Sounds like the biden admin, creating problems and then coming to the rescue and fixing them.
