Wanted Ovation Printers

On a BP site have B12/3223 dispensers. Getting several call back about printers not printing receipts. Checked dispenser and Commander programming, all is correct. Previous call, 9 out of 12 printer we're replaced. ( Clamshell from Wayne direct) paper rolls also from Wayne. Is there a remedy for this?

Could try tossing in a DW12 printer instead of the clamshells. Just make sure the dip switches are correct in the printers.

Correct door gaskets?? Must be the thick ones to keep the paper switch engaged.

I started replacing the clam shells 1 at a time with DW-12 printers and charging a core charge. You will need a WU000607-0001-03 upper bracket for the DW-12 printer.

Or, the upper bracket just pull the screws out half way and put in some spacers if your in a bind
