Nice looking hole too.

Although, IIRC, that sloping is not to OSHA standards. Now I'm going back a couple of decades (or more) with my memory, but when you come up 4' then go for the slope, you are supposed to go 4' horizontally before starting the slope instead of starting the slope at the top of the 4' rise.

Just sayin. :)

(I also couldn't spot the multiple ladders with the men in the hole).
