This is something I think everyone who is responsible for compliance struggles with.What types of metrics should UST compliance teams use to evaluate their performance on an annual basis?
We recognize that different companies may have slightly different priorities, but I thought this group would have some valuable perspective on the topic.

If you're doing a good job there should be no fines, fees, or closures related to compliance. But how do you assign a financial benefit to prevention?
The EPA uses a Technical Compliance Rate. Which measures the Percentage of UST Facilities in Compliance with 2015 Spill Prevention, Overfill Prevention, Corrosion Protection, and Release Detection Requirements.
