He reccomends 5 micron filters for diesel. What do you say?

Most locations have 30 micron around northern NJ. If they use 10 micron , they would be changing filters every month and I can't imagine 5 micron. Many Delta/ non MOC have dummy filters to save money. Once again no one wants to fix the real issue .
