Re: Veifone Kitchen Printer

we did a couple a few years ago...there was a patch for base 43 i believe, and after the patch was installed you had to reboot the commander three times....it was goofy.

i think there’s some old threads on here about it

Re: Verifone Topaz Error Approving Gas Dispenser

can you prepay them? Do the credit cards work outside?

You can only approve a pump if it is calling in, so if it's not beeping at you, then you'll get that message.

Re: Please pay inside

wayne pumps do NOT need a primary graphic side programmed. Change them all to 0 and initialize DCRs and you should be good to go

Nice try. Acer Predator is a gaming laptop. Unless you have your techs play Halo or Doom, the graphics capabilities of that laptop are overkill.
you mean you don’t bust out a few rounds of Call of Duty while waiting for a Commander to load?

Re: Dresser Wayne OvationIX SPM issues

you can mix and match, and 006 will work on blue boards, but 106 will not.

He’ll need to upgrade to Jade boards before outdoor EMV rolls out, even though secure card readers will work with blue boards right now. Just an FYI.

Re: Hps encryption

HPS has a couple different encryptions...best bet would be to call the network. that being said...

066 is for a company called BJs, 225 is Exon Mobile....there’s a master list of all encryptions on the portal.

Re: Sunoco outdoor EMV with IOTV

Gateway won’t call in to Wayne, but they can dial in through team viewer. Something in the Fortinet is blocking it, but no one seems to know what. Everything else works fine

Sunoco outdoor EMV with IOTV

anyone done one yet? pumps and DCRs work fine with EMV, edge gateway re-imaged and updated. NOC can dial into the gateway through team viewer, but it’s not calling into them. texted sagenet, they said to call sunoco, called Sunoco, they told me to call Wayne, called Wayne, had them send me a list of...

Re: Could a RubyCi be installed remotely ?

it’s possible theoretically...through team viewer or some other remote service.

better option would be to load everything up at your shop and send it out. you’d have to have a competent person actually on site and smart enough to hook everything up where it goes.

sounds like a big headache to me.
