I had one once that was the opposite, the MNSP was blocking the TeamViewer port. Sounds like something like that is happening here.

I would presume that many STP's spend some time in their life only partially submerged in product as station owners tend to not overly pack tanks of marginal product (PUNL, etc) so I dont think that would be a problem, but I would appreciate insight.
