Re: Best Product For Cleaning Dispensers
cant clean oxidation but you can armor all it or wipe wd40 on it to make it look better That's kinda what I figured out, but none of that would last. Seems like the best stuff for this situation is Fluidfilm. A lot of guys use them on their fiberglass boats and since the ovation shells are fibergla...

Re: Best Product For Cleaning Dispensers
I would never recommend a pressure washer on a dispenser. You'll ruin the electronics (card reader, pin pad, video screen, etc.) and create contaminated runoff that will cause your site to get closed down and fined by the EPA. Seriously! These are NOT waterproof systems, just water resistant at bes...

Thank you for the additional insight. You mention the OEM's make effective solutions for newer pumps--does their system work similar to yours or is it something different? We also work with newer pumps. Competitive advantages: Patented, additional sensors, push message ability, log activity at the ...

Re: Gilbarco Passport Integrated EBT
I'll go ahead and reach out then because I literally ordered it in December and we didn't even take over this site/get it installed until January 13, 2020. We're having major issues with registers freezing in the middle of the day and automated store closing not happening. I have the Cisco RV042 ro...

Re: Gilbarco Passport Integrated EBT
If you have a Linksys or CISCO router - you don't have a MNSP. Acumera, Cybera, Sagenet, Hughes, Mako, etc. are MNSP solutions. What's interesting is you're saying V12 wasn't released at the time, but the Linksys and CISCO routers have been end of life for a while and Gilbarco has been providing th...

Re: Verifone Commander Gift Card Fuel Theft?
Had this occur many years ago at a sam's site. Wayne 3v590's with dual cat boards and the POS controller they were using at that time. The customer would swipe a card and the dispenser would authorize, customer would take nozzle out and set the nozzle on the ground and wait for the POS to time out....

Re: Verifone Commander Gift Card Fuel Theft?
Found issue to be an imeter. Since then we had replace dozens of meters for this same issue. So is this really a Commander/Ovation or just an Ovation issue? If it is an ovation issue could it happen to ovations connected to other pos systems? It’s just the imeter locking up causing it to stop in a ...

Re: Gilbarco Passport Integrated EBT
V12.02 does require a MNSP router. Maybe that's the $1600 quote.... Or, does the $1600 include some back charges because your PSO has lapsed and it needs to be current before ordering V12? If you have current PSO and you already have a MNSP router - then why not just call the Support Center and ask...
