The commander versions of sms don't have it. look at sapphire sms. like buypak 6.02.09.
Install sms, than look in start> all programs> verifone> sapphire management suite

The commander fuel configuration guide says to use Mono+Rom. I've never had a problem.
also don't create a DCR Idle screen. just use the default.
