W&M is how the issue came up. I initially recommended prepay nozzles, but the problem persisted. I then suggested the hard wall hose. I’m waiting to hear back from them.

It's at a marina, and they have varying lengths of hose on reels. I have suggested buying a hardwall/flexsteel hose for the shortest hose and see if that will help with the situation.

Does anyone have a recommendation on how to correct "Penny Jumping" at a marina? We're working with a customer who is experiencing this problem and the state has told them they need it corrected ASAP. We've sent them pressure activated nozzles, but are told that they're still having the same issue. ...
