Now I'm being told to use Permatex 80045. Does anyone else have experience with this sealant? Gasoila PLS2 has not being doing the job with diesel reportedly?

Agree with Zane, it could be a pressure issue. I am also wondering if there is too much tension on the hose from the hose retractor assembly. Our company uses this type of set-up frequently. I'm not sure what's happening, but I have few questions for you to help diagnose the issue-
1. does the S1 select have the hose mast option ? 2. what is the overall length of the hose assembly? 3. Is there a whip hose in the hose assembly?
