Yesterday I visited the site and found the actual problem is that random dispenser spps, MX700, will sometimes lock up and when prepaid inside, shows preset not allowed, until commander rebooted. This seems to be an issue at most stores with mx700s and commander, hps 1.50.37.

swap fueling point numbers between dispensers to see if problem follows fueling point number.

After upgrading an arco to HPS 1.05.37, #7/8 ovation is offline until commander rebooted, rebooting dispenser doesnt help. Apparently the one side of the dispenser will show prepay not allowed, after commander rebooted the other side will show prepay not allowed, problem alternates between 7 &8 only...

Code 20 works for swiping ebt card, but how to manually enter card number when it wont swipe?

helpdesk dialed in and did their thing, problem fixed.

Installed Pb60 system, when trying to print most reports get a message "Last operation failed. Contact supervisor." Even when trying to print as super user. Will have them try to call helpdesk during normal business hours, any suggestions here?

When I run M7 maintenance and click on "RCSH Download" I get a message "No Administrator rights to modify Firewall Rules. RCSH operation will not work". SO, how do I get administrator rights?
