Then maybe use a Dwyer (9475-3-fm) digital manometer. Good enough to test tanks their manometer should be able to test PV valves.

Why not just buy a couple of Dwyer gages a hand air pump and make your own? The simple drawing plan is on California Air Resource Boards (CARB) website.

Probably Not. There are far more pollution producing constituents entering our environment attributed to motor vehicles than gas stations.

LEL meters can be expensive and more so to maintain in calibration. If needed unless the number of tanks removed justify they are initially a lot less expensive to rent when needed and determining their worth.
