Auto-upgrade using the same software they're on and all you have to do when it's done is register the software again. It will probably fix your issue and it's much faster than performing a complete reload.

Try using Firefox or Chrome. Not sure if it's related but I've noticed base 51 software doesn't like certain browsers now.

I'd replace the hydraulic interface board before I'd burn up anymore coils.

I've replaced about 6 of them in the last month due to breaches. Almost all of them you could tell they had been soaked in disinfectant.

Your PDL doesn't match you base version of software. You have to call Buypass or whomever they are using and tell them what base you're running and get the PDL staged for that version.

The SPM was bad, it was a single board running both CATS and the other side was working fine.

Had a Safeway with the exact same issue yesterday. It ended up being the SPM.

It was a common scam a while back to use a prepaid card at the dispenser to get it authorized and then after a dollar or so was dispensed they would break the meter gear if it was Wayne or break the meter shaft if it was a Gilbarco. Buypass has like 6 different encryptions, it's just a matter of finding the one that works. I've had luck having the owner call their CC processing company and asking them what version of encryption you need.

Best advice I can give you on that is read the Shell playbook. I'm pretty sure it's on the premier portal.
