Im assuming that's a good number to wincor ? I've tried 48 different ones with no success, That's what I was thinking that wincor pushes the EMV initialization but couldn't recall, thanks again!

It's a new pinpad, it was preloaded for the site, it's got correct version in it, but with it being preloaded I'm thinking it might need a fresh reload potentially that way I know it's correct. Shell ruby ci location, first pinpad logins and has correct prompts but won't read chip cards. I vaguely remember wincor having to do something but I could be way off base as I don't service many shell locations anymore. I know the typical reload of files in order cures a lot but wanted some input. ...

Have done them on advantage and encore 300s, 300s were simple, the advantage of course is a little time consuming with routing cables. The printers seem to be the issue I've most seen on the advantage, but no problems other than your typical ux300 or upm replacement be sure to have some handy lol

Thanks! My initial thought was are you sure your cashier isnt logging back into the register? These have been autoupgrades also. I appreciate the input!

Anyone had any issues with force close cashier not actually closing the cashier out when a customer closes shift, etc?

I've had dial in's and there's been no stuck j logs, nothing makes any sense of it other than I get the classic answer of force close cashier doesn't always work...

Just curious
