The Cybera issue was just solved, should be easier starting very soon.

The site with the problem I first wrote about does not have a Cybera 325.

A few times we could not use a loyalty card in the new EMV readers at the pump. Alternate ID works fine. Message on display says "Card Swipe Not Allowed at This TIme" or something very similar. Some techs aren't as informed of the programs being offered by the factory. Most of those are being sold through the sales dept. Call the company and ask about the red to jade program. It's at a marina, and they have varying lengths of hose on reels. I have suggested buying a hardwall/flexsteel hose for the shortest hose and see if that will help with the situation. I feared batteries would be an issue but they have not been at all. We had a recall early on that replaced a bunch. But overall they have lasted very nicely and super easy to replace.

If you don't have a Backoffice, then you dont have "Combo" / "Mix & Match" pricing. The Impulse unit needs to synch to a price book. Seems like the benefit of upsell, discounts and other merchandising wouldnt get fully exercised - you'd have some manually created Impulse promotion based on some man...
