Corrosion grows in the ribbon cables through the exposed ends. The cables may look clean, but the green is right inside the cable.
Odds are your 5091 will be back next damp day when the corrosion gets conductive.

Re: Swift Check w Old Style Red Jacket
Red Jacket used "Standard" to describe both old and new STPs.
If it has a functional element it gets a swift check. Adjustable pressurestat doesn't need it.

Re: Encore 700 code 5602
That would be the pump node. ATC node would be M00068A001 and it would not normally be installed in a US spec pump.
My guess is that your cold start didn't work and the ATC option is turned on in programming.

Re: VR TLS 350 back up battery
ER32L100 is the generic number. I have seen a half dozen different batteries used, but when I get a board/battery from VR it usually comes with a Tadiran TL-5135 It's an oddball battery, I have never come across a generic that was enough cheaper than the Tadiran to be bothered taking the chance on a...

Re: Maximum Flowrate on 3/4" Diesel
Setting in CC80 applies to the side of the dispenser, not just one grade. You can't flow faster than the maximum flow rate set by W&M for the device. Here that's roughly 11gpm. Your local W&M may vary but there is a maximum. You could crank CC80 up as high as it goes and put hardware flow restrictor...

Re: Wayne Connect with Gilbarco
Wayne CAT was 485. Wayne chose a TCP/IP to 485 converter for EMV to keep it simple. You are converting a TCP/IP connection to RS-485 and sending it over 2 conductors between 2 devices. Whatever protocol those conductors originally may have carried is irrelevant, they have been repurposed. That said,...

Re: Encore 500S Doornode Issues
With Encore 500 you are dealing with redundant storage. On boot up the PCN and the 2 door nodes basically take a vote on every bit of programming and 2 out of 3 rules the day. If you swap one board at a time any weird corruption transfers over to your new board from the other 2. The best way to clea...
