your best and most cost effective fix is to just repair the frp pipe. Flex pipe can sag causing a blockage. If you insist on replacing the pipe id use either frp or you could look into the semi rigid Nupi or UPP pipe

Do they no how to reconcile via SIR (Statistical Inventory Reconciliation)?
I would strongly urge an ATG though it will pay for itself in the long run
