Looks like your pump software is below V11.04 recommended specs. Upgrade it to at least 3.3.19 and I bet your problem will disappear.

Pretty sure whatever PPU boards they're using are IDed by jumpers. Just swap the jumpers on the regular and premium.

Looks to me like 3 should be premium and 7 should be regular.

You can, there's an option for a Disconnected pump type in Forecourt setup.

If you set up modifiers correctly, it'll ask the cashier if the scanned item is a sale or a return.

We had a couple situations like that before, where the ASTs were so high the pressure would make fuel come out of the air eliminator while pumping. We went for a quick solution, and ran copper line from the air eliminator back to the tank.
