NOW HIRING- WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY MANAGER

PETRO TOWERY INC. IS NOW SEEKING QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION:

This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, distributing, communicating, and planning warehouse inventory. This will include purchasing and managing the inventory of products used to service clients, and the service and construction departments. Also, this position will prepare Supplier Purchase Orders in Ventus for purchases of parts and equipment needed for warehouse stock and for special parts purchases.
The employee should have logistics, supply chain management, and customer service experience (preferably in a management position, having inventory control and purchasing experience) to work alongside management and staff in all aspects of the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Supervision of all shipping/receiving of goods and direct reporting personnel
• Right-sizing inventory levels
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting of goods and personnel
• Monitoring, procurement and distribution of real time field inventory requests
• Maintenance of three warehouses and management of housekeeping to ensure safe and workable standards
• Maintain vendor pricing and product information
• Implement, maintain and audit bar code database
• Obsolete inventory analysis
• Implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures
• Prepare orders by
• Processing transfers and creating sales orders in Ventus
• Pull materials, pack boxes
• Place orders in designated delivery areas
• Manage physical inventory and cycle count activities, product movement and placement
• Perform duties required for receiving, identifying, labeling, material restock, put away, pick, pack, and ship activities, all while maintaining
quality and productivity standards
• Research parts for customers and service technicians
• Manage customer core returns and warranty returns
• Meet or exceed customer service standards
• Responsible for periodic visits to all inventory warehouse locations to evaluate the physical appearance, proper stock arrangement and control
of the inventory
• Develop warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow and continuous improvement
• Work in a safe and healthy manner, following company safety guidelines, wearing appropriate safety PPE when required, and complying with
industry standards and procedures
• Enforce property protection and access policies and procedures
• Perform receipt confirmation in Ventus (receiving, transfers and shipping)
