Love's Fuel Maintenance Manager (Remote)

Love's is looking for an experienced fuel maintenance specialist with great communication skills and troubleshooting ability.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in an office environment to help diagnose tank monitor alarms.
Evaluate dispenser error codes.
Work with the team in place to answer questions on the phone and through emails.
Monitoring, troubleshooting and escalating service repair calls from the Love’s Corporate Office.
Conduct site inspections.
Train Love’s personnel.
Aware of and operates within OSH Act (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
Available to work on an on-call basis.
Work cooperatively with colleagues, supervisors, and administrators.
Carry out assignments and instructions from supervisor(s) in a competent and efficient manner.
Work in a safe manner with personal safety and the safety of others as the number one priority.
Manual physical labor, lifting and moving materials, furniture, equipment, and supplies.
Account for supplies, materials, and equipment as required.
Complete records and reports as required in a timely manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
HS Diploma or equivalent required
3-5 years of related experience and/or training in petroleum service repair, installation and support preferred
Certification in Gilbarco preferred, but other lines that will be supported are Wayne, Veeder Root, FE Petro and Red Jacket.

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Hard skills: Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
Soft Skills: Able to multi-task, able to work independently as well as with a team, good oral and verbal communication skills, and excellent management skills.
Typical Physical Demands:
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Manual physical labor, lifting and moving materials, furniture, equipment, and supplies.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
Possess a valid US driver’s license.
Availability to work on an on-call basis.
Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month.

This will be a REMOTE position, but some travel will be involved in the Midwest region. So, it will be required to reside in the Midwest and relocation may be required.
