IDECO-NV, INC. is the leading petroleum fueling stations and electric vehicle charging station service provider within the greater Las Vegas valley and also services select locations in AZ and CA. We are expanding our service department and are seeking interested candidates with experience!

We are authorized service representatives for Gasboy, Gilbarco/Veeder-Root, Wayne Fueling Systems, and VeriFone and serve the Las Vegas Metropolitan area.

Position Available: Service Technician

Education and Experience
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 At least one year of petroleum, industrial, construction, or inspections related experience is preferred
Physical Requirements:
 Must be able to lift 70 pounds unassisted
 Must be able to stand, kneel, sit and use handtools for extended periods
 Must be able to work for prolonged periods in potential extreme weather
 Must be able to enter/exit confined spaces of maintenance of mechanical parts
 Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment
 Must be able to work beyond normal operating hours as determined by business demands
 Willing to work unscheduled/scheduled overtime

Duties include but are not limited to:
 Stock service vehicles with required tooling and supplies
 Complete rolling warehouse inventory
 Install/remove/Service Dispensers/Fuel control equipment
 Install/replace shear valves and drop tubes
 Complete maintenance on underground or above ground fuel storage tanks
 Install/troubleshoot basic electrical systems & connections
 Coordinate with customers and dispatch to identify and fulfill customer requirements
 Complete construction projects as needed to verify or reinstate customer compliance with NV Department of Air Quality and Southern Nevada
Health District (SNHD) guidelines
 Install/remove components as needed to reconcile customer DAQ/SNHD violations
 Pump/remove fuel/water/debris from fueling station sumps
 Enter confined spaces to perform service work while abiding by OSHA standards
 Document/report service work to meet start/stop, completion, and return guidelines
 Complete rotational “on call” and off hour assignments. Typically, technicians fulfill on-call duties once every five to six weeks

Desired qualifications:
 3 years+ experience in petroleum or construction related experience preferred but not required (training provided)
 Microsoft Windows Operating system and related software familiarity and/or certifications to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
 Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety measures
 Troubleshooting skills/logical problem-solving skills
 Valid NV driver’s license (real ID) with a clean driving record
 Ability to work independently / self-motivated
 Strong communication and customer relation skills
 Position is subject to unscheduled overtime and emergency response conditions
 Position is subject to occasional overnight (graveyard) work hours
 Electrical/mechanical certifications
 Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) certification
