Loyalty with new Gilbarco's

A few times we could not use a loyalty card in the new EMV readers at the pump. Alternate ID works fine. Message on display says "Card Swipe Not Allowed at This TIme" or something very similar.

Rebooting EDH did not help.

We had a customer with the issue yesterday on a brand new site. I had seen it previously myself a few months ago.

Any help would be appreciated, I am not in the field anymore just doing phone support.

For shell the new Cybera the loyalty tunnels have changed since they've programmed them and some of the loyalty works, some don't. Give cybera a call ant they will take care of it.

The Cybera issue was just solved, should be easier starting very soon.

The site with the problem I first wrote about does not have a Cybera 325.
