TOPAZ XL (ARCO) Stuck, Will Not Complete Reboot Rootup

My topaz is stuck at the white screen with "topaz" on it. MODEL PN P050-02-310-R.

IT was working just fine, then just went bad and got stuck at that screen since.

Any Help???

probably need a tech to reload it

The 310 is EOL (End Of Life)

Replace with Topaz 410 ot C18
