Ruby CI - Citgo latest VAPS - Adding a '8' in front total randomly.
Has anyone seen this issue before?
Site has Gilbarco 700S FP IV with BRCM 2. Issue is intermittent, a few times a day.
It will add an '8' on the total for a transaction with Fuel. E.g. a $20 trans shows as $820.
Ruby CI has been replaced once. BRCM 2 has been replaced twice. Each time, the issue will go away for a few months and the reappear.
4 FPs, happening on all. All wiring has been megged out. All software is up to date on pumps and POS.
Network says its not them, Verifone and Gilbarco the same.
Any ideas?
