My Encore 500S door node M12803A version 03.03 broke. I ordered a rebuild door node and got a lower version of V 02.03. The dispenser is giving me an error code 5617. Can someone provide me with the Gilbarco Laptop tool or how to get the Laptop tool to upgrade the software on Encore 500S.
