Wayne Ovation b23 Keypad not working

Any number of the key pad is not working after replacing Credit card reader.
It worked for couple of weeks after replacing Credit card reader. Now only couple of numbers works when it pressed.
How it can be fixed?

Replacing card reader has nothing to do with the numbers not working on keypad. You can try to reboot keypad, but you will most likely have to replace.
