Use the approved software launcher to install bullzip. Tell it where to save the pdf (BOOutbox). Retrieve report from backoffice pc.

I install the Bullzip but now at the end of the Day Close Report, it says C:/Passport\XMLGateway\BOOutBox\2018-02-1007.17.06PassportReport.ddf there is no file on a customer back office folder. What I am doing wrong.

Neither Passport nor Bullzip will move the file to the BO PC. You need to make sure your BO PC is interfaced properly with the Passport via a shared drive in order to access the BOOutbox folder.

Also, I heard from a customer that Bullzip is no longer an approved 3rd party application. That's not to say that it won't work, as we have several customers who still use it. Hell, it may not even be true that they're no longer supported. Just something I heard.

training and knowledge, aka a Field Service Technician.
These steps assume that you will be installing the BullzipPDF program. You will need to copy the
following files to either a flash drive or to a CD/DVD.
