Phone Cable Proximity to UST tank Field and Piping?

Does anyone know the NFPA30/30A code for distance an underground utility cable can be from existing underground tanks and piping? I have a situation were the utility cable is run across product piping and I am being asked for NFPA documentation stating how far it needs to be. I started reading NFPA and my eyes are on fire trying to find it.
