Rage: veeder root online re-cert is a dumpster fire

has anyone had luck with this saba cloud website? I've got techs that have been certified for a decade trying to re-certify before they expire, and none of us can figure out how to get them signed up for the re-cert course. page times out after entering payment, not sure if we're getting repeatedly charged each time... tech support says they can't help, transfers call to the "training department" which is just a voicemail box.

losing my mind over here. anyone else struggle with this?
