Newbie looking for info.

So how long does it take to post an ad or response on here? I posted a Help Wanted ad and replied to someone else's, but they don't show up yet.

All new user's first three posts are moderated. Usually a moderator will review them within a few hours, but it could take a day or two (especially in the case of weekends or holidays).

We realize this seems antiquated in this age of AI and instant gratification- but the volume of spam we receive each day would inundate the forum.
