Hello, I'm new to wincor/ Shell Vantage. Is set up supposed to be done before or during the installation of the Vantage/ Wincor? Also when does the Tandem ID come into play?

Best advice I can give you on that is read the Shell playbook. I'm pretty sure it's on the premier portal.

I cant seem to find the Shell Playbook or the Install Playbook on the premier portal

Accept the agreement
Commander and RubyCI
Commander Software Suites, Release Notes and Documentation
Shell
Under Documentation there's the "VASC INSTALL PLAYBOOK - SHELL”
You'll also need the MX915 files...
Once the wincor is up and going call them for the final EMV download to the pin pads.
Shells are pretty easy when things go right....when they don't, well...good luck trying to get a hold of the right people to help you. Lol.
