Converting Wayne B12/2 to B12/3

Post by Cyclepower » Sun Aug 12, 2018 7:19 pm

As the tile says, we have a site that bought some used Ovation 2 Walmart dispensers that only came with low and high grade. They would like to blend and have mid-grade.

Aside from the obvious things needed such as new grade select panels, buttons and PPU's. I also know I would need to reload the igem to tell the pump its now a 3 grade blender. What else would need to be done to complete this conversion? The pumps have I-meters and no vapor recovery.

Thanks!

Single Hose - after programming and ppu and push button Just make sure both valves and Stp are activated when Mid grade is called upon.
Two hose a little tricky you need to manifold both pipe together and turn it into a single hose.

Good Luck
Keep it simple the more Complex it is the more expensive and harder to understand and guess what you get the same result. :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek:

They are single hose. So it sounds like I'm on the right track.

we’re doing these right now. we’ve sold about 20 so far. pretty simple to do. Order PPU overlays, drill holes, add buttons. Seal unused holes. Flash IGEM and you’re good to go. we haven’t had any issues so far

we’ve also been adding SPMs and Hyrbid readers since Wayne had BOGO on them. Not sure if they’re still running that promotion
