T7 IXPay Site Tool

Post by dmcginnis89 » Wed Aug 28, 2019 4:59 pm

Just a heads up if anyone needs to do prompt mapping at a T7 site soon...the site tool 1.0.0.47 won't work. (At least with my computers)

I had to have someone at Wayne send me the older version (1.0.0.35) in order to get it to work, as .47 is the only one on the portal right now.

If they come shipped with 3.0.103 software, you'll need to downgrade them to 3.0.102, the latest on the portal.

Good luck. Lol

Not a problem...just trying to save some people some time.

It was also a passport site...Everytime I made a change to a pump, I had to bag off all the pumps, unplug the d box, reboot the edh, then plug the d-box back in, or the pump would take a download.

Learned a lot about passport though. Lol

looks like Wayne put a new version of the site tool and T7 software on the portal. if anyone is curious...you can also use a gilbarco diagnostic card to program the function keys around the SPM2. that ended up being much easier...lol.

on a different note...anyone play around with the prompt mapper on the portal yet? or the new firmware for the SPMs? evidently it makes them less susceptible to breaches.

We loaded the latest SPM firmware at a few sites. Maint mode works as advertised and the sites with suction pumps have had many fewer SPM drop out of operation.

evidently T7s were never tested with Passport (according to the lady at Wayne) and they stopped helping me...so there’s that.

Then the Wayne guys in Atlanta last week told us that it would work. So who knows.
