You need to call a tech, and have them install a gauge on the line. This will give you a better picture of what’s going on. By any chance were the dispensers converted from 3 product dispensers, to blenders?
Chances are you have a leak detector that's tripping due to the cold weather. But as the other guy said you need to get a tech out to verify the issue for you and make the appropriate repairs.
We've had a tech out on multiple occasions and he seems to be kinda nickle and diming us like he comes trys this waits a week ok then comes back when its still slow, that's why I came here to see if anyone has any ideas I do know the store is old like tls 300 old so they might have mechanical leak detectors or some oddball stuff
Well next time it's slow when it's cold in the morning and make sure you're the only one dispensing, life the handle, select the grade, and let it sit for 20-30 seconds before you pull on the handle to dispense. If it takes off at normal speed chances are you have a bad leak detector or possibly a bad check valve in the STP. If it's still slow it could be a number of things that a tech would need to figure out.
