close shift report won't print

close shift report won't print

Any guidance would be appreciated. Close shift does not print (it usually does so). In addition, when you click the manager's workstation, there is nothing on screen, with only the picture of the dispenser and no other options on the right side window pane. EDIT: this is on a Gilbarco Passport px60

That was what I was going to do, but reading the user manual, it states, "This function must be performed as instructed by the call center or technical support personnel." I recall the tech saying the same thing during install. Advice?

By the time you and most others read this, your weekly Monday reboot likely would have automatically happened. Let us know results.

By the way - sounds like you're on an older version based on your description of the pane. If so, you'd have to sign in first before any options show. If your update is that there has been a reboot , you press sign on in the lower right hand corner and there's still no options, then you have limited options without someone dialing in or a tech visiting.
